Description

Own enterprise-wide business analysis for web applications, driving requirements from stakeholder input through system design and testing.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements, enhancements, and modifications by collaborating with stakeholders, SMEs, and development teams.
• Create requirements documentation, business flow diagrams, and business cases for new change initiatives.
• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to ensure requirements are integrated into system design and testing phases.
• Execute functional and systems integration unit testing, including developing test plans, scenarios, and analyzing results.
• Facilitate project meetings, status calls, and planning sessions while keeping project managers informed of key issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or coordinating application development projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
• Experience with business process engineering, process mapping, and procedural writing.
• Hands-on experience with Visio, SharePoint, Google Meets, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of quality assurance techniques and change management procedures.
• Experience with Healthcare Information Systems.
• Familiarity with the Commonwealth of Virginia Information Security Standard, SEC 501.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to blend multiple project management methodologies to fit specific business environments.
• Experience with RFP creation, coordination, and review.
