You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver system requirements and process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and conduct root cause analysis to identify system gaps and deficiencies.
• Document requirements by decomposing them into Epics, Features, and concise user stories.
• Diagram current and proposed processes using context diagrams, data flow diagrams, and process flows.
• Maintain the product backlog and assist the Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to ensure solution feasibility.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum.
• Proven ability to organize and maintain Product and Sprint backlogs.
• Experience translating product strategy into application requirements and user stories.
• Expertise in defining acceptance criteria and managing the acceptance process with development teams.
• Experience working with large, multi-module systems.
• Proficiency with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Access, and Project Server.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
