You will bridge business strategy and technical implementation through detailed requirements gathering and data-focused analysis.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Document customer-centric requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to improve business and technical processes.
• Diagram current processes and propose modifications using BPMN 2.0, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Decompose traditional requirements into Agile Epics and Features for technical implementation.
• Execute advanced SQL queries for data mapping, profiling, and troubleshooting.
• Perform functional, data validation, regression, end-to-end, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of business analysis experience with a focus on data management and QA testing.
• 8+ years of experience translating client and product strategy into application requirements and user stories.
• 8+ years of experience working as an Agile Business Analyst using Scrum methodology.
• 5+ years of experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs.
• 5+ years of experience defining acceptance criteria and managing the acceptance process with development teams.
• 5+ years of experience with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL expertise for complex queries, data profiling, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Jira for work item management.
• Experience with reporting systems, operational data stores, data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or PMI-ACP.
