Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver complex system modifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and conduct root cause analysis to identify system gaps and deficiencies.
• Diagram current and proposed processes using context diagrams, data flow diagrams, and process flows.
• Decompose requirements into Epics, Features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Execute Quality Analyst functions including defining test plans, test cases, and regression testing.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology.
• Experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs.
• Proven ability to translate product strategy into technical application requirements.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office suite, including Visio and Project Server.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and large, multi-module systems.
• Proficiency in creating conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP or CSPO Certification.
• Experience with Power Platform.
• Experience using Team Foundation Server or automated testing tools such as Test Complete.
