Owns project management, requirements gathering, and delivery coordination for IT applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with VITA project management standards for development and deployment.
• Manage project planning, execution, and quality deliverables from requirements to testing.
• Coordinate requirements solicitation and facilitate consensus building with stakeholders.
• Develop deep functional expertise in supported business processes and user requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management and IT project collaboration experience.
• Strong command of negotiation, facilitation, and professional communication.
• Practical knowledge of SDLC processes including Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methods.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency in ETL, PowerApps, Business Objects, and relational databases.
• Understanding of web services, data warehousing, and network protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web application/GUI development and reporting tools.
• Background in data analysis, profiling, mapping, and validation.
