Description

Own business analysis and project coordination for a critical application and data migration initiative.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document current and future state processes, performing GAP analysis and defining business requirements.
• Create user stories with acceptance criteria and represent requirements through process flows and pictorial diagrams.
• Coordinate with business teams, state partners (VITA), and federal partners (CDC) to track tasks and ensure progress.
• Develop test plans, scenarios, and results for functional and systems integration unit testing.
• Assist customers with user acceptance testing and update security documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong ability to document business requirements, enhancements, and modifications.
• Experience creating user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in process flow and pictorial diagramming.
• Ability to manage and track tasks across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience supporting functional and systems integration testing.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
