Description

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver complex software solutions for on-premise and cloud-based systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and clarify business and system requirements for existing and future state systems.
• Create and document business process models, workflows, and diagrams to represent current and future operational states.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure strict alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct risk assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and data modeling to guide IT decision-making.
• Support testing efforts by developing test plans and participating in user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and process modeling.
• 10 years of experience in data analysis, risk assessment, and cost-benefit analysis.
• 10 years of experience in stakeholder communication and change management.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Professional certification in Business Analysis, such as CBAP or PBA.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical terms to internal customers.
• Ability to pass an agency-administered criminal and financial background check.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within law enforcement or military organizations.
