You will bridge the gap between engineering and end-users by producing high-quality technical documentation for our digital platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Produce systems documentation including source code, technical specs, user guides, integration guides, and operation manuals.
• Translate developer documentation into clear technical documents for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineers and software developers to verify the accuracy of technical information.
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously to meet strict deadlines.
• Research and analyze complex technical concepts to create easy-to-understand guides.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in systems and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to write product specifications and how-to guides.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working directly with software engineers and technical experts.
• Advanced research and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Docs.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
