Description

You will perform enterprise-wide business analysis for web applications, bridging stakeholders, subject matter experts, and development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Document functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Create technical artifacts including UML diagrams, activity diagrams, business flow diagrams, prototypes, and mockups.
• Facilitate Joint Requirement Planning (JRP) and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with user groups and project teams.
• Develop test plans and scripts, performing end-to-end testing and documenting results.
• Coordinate with systems managers and security teams to ensure security requirements are documented and implemented.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with business process mapping, process engineering, and procedural writing.
• Skill in creating Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams and navigational flows.
• Experience using Visio, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meets.
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent activities with limited supervision.
• Proven capability in quality assurance techniques and change management procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Evaluate alternative strategies and propose new change initiatives through business case analysis and process improvement suggestions.
