You will analyze requirements and design functional solutions for OSS modules within the telecom domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer workshops to identify problems and propose solutions using out-of-the-box product capabilities.
• Document end-to-end high-level functional requirements and low-level designs for OSS modules.
• Configure products by creating BPMN flows and defining business logic.
• Review customer documentation and high-level test cases to support testing throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor team members and make technical or people-related decisions as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Telecom industry.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on requirement analysis, design, and testing of complex OSS technology solutions.
• Proven experience in direct customer interactions and presenting product capabilities.
• Solid understanding of BPMN, UML, and software development best practices.
• Deep knowledge of telecom service catalogs, OSS service provisioning, fulfillment processes, and order management (OPF).
• Experience implementing at least one OSS solution for a medium or large telecom operator.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Master’s degree in a related field or Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TMFT Open APIs including TMF622, TMF641, and TMF637.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and COTs products.
• Familiarity with Resource Inventory, Activation, Integration, Discovery, and Reconciliation modules.
