You will bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical implementation through process optimization and Zoho development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Zoho implementations using API integrations, HTML, CSS, and Deluge.
• Construct workflow charts, diagrams, and technical specifications based on thorough customer requirement analysis.
• Produce project analysis documentation including business requirements, scope matrices, use cases, sequence diagrams, and UAT plans.
• Support project managers in defining milestones, phases, and delivery plans while driving execution standards.
• Manage project processes within an Agile context to implement best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Deluge, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Deep understanding of API frameworks, micro-services, and SDKs.
• Ability to manage change and release management processes.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and open source solutions.
• Experience constructing sequence diagrams and future state proposals.
• Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in Automobiles, Telecom, Retail, BFSI, Aviation, Health Care, Pharma, or Manufacturing.
