Description

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, transforming them into high-quality system and functional specifications (BRD, SRS, FRS, TRD, RTM).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Users, SMEs, Developers, QA, and Program Managers, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Develop process improvements and recommend solutions based on deep understanding of business rules and client objectives.

• Create mockups, prototypes, and business process diagrams to visualize requirements and support development/testing teams.

• Manage user stories, product backlogs, and participate in Scrum ceremonies (Release Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Retrospective). • Facilitate testing activities, including Integration, Regression, UAT, and System Testing; coordinate defect tracking and resolution.

• Maintain accurate records • Provide oversight of technical teams, review design documents, and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.

• Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and definition meetings to identify processes and solutions for organizational improvement

. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in different domain

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication; comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.

• Proficient in SDLC methodologies: Agile Scrum and Waterfall.

• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (HP ALM, Rally, SharePoint, MS Office).

• Skilled in requirements engineering, data modeling (ERD, Use Case, Class diagrams), and process mapping (Visio).

• Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) preferred.

• Ability to adapt to change, work independently, and as part of a team. Preferred Experience • Experience in product re-engineering and delivering customer-driven design. • Volunteer or community engagement demonstrating leadership and time management
