You will gather business requirements, document specifications, and ensure technical deliverables align with stakeholder objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Transform stakeholder needs into high-quality system and functional specifications (BRD, SRS, FRS, TRD, RTM).
• Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, Developers, and QA to maintain alignment with business goals.
• Develop process improvements and create mockups, prototypes, and business process diagrams using Visio.
• Manage user stories and product backlogs while participating in Scrum ceremonies.
• Facilitate testing activities including Integration, Regression, UAT, and System Testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst across different domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies, specifically Agile Scrum and Waterfall.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools: HP ALM, Rally, SharePoint, and MS Office.
• Skilled in requirements engineering, data modeling (ERD, Use Case, Class diagrams), and process mapping.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with excellent written and oral communication.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance).
• Experience in product re-engineering and delivering customer-driven design.
