Description

You will manage system health, support core operational processes, and drive improvements within financial or healthcare services environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure operational continuity.
• Support users through direct training, troubleshooting, and documentation maintenance.
• Implement software updates while ensuring minimal downtime and system stability.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to identify and drive process improvements.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in financial or healthcare services.
• Hands-on experience with core systems such as Fiserv-Datasafe or Nautilus.
• Proficiency in business analysis and product development lifecycles.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Microsoft Azure.
