Description

Support the Actimize Essentials Cloud platform by driving project-based enhancements and providing production break/fix support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive project-based enhancements to the Actimize environment.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, creating detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Provide break/fix and production support as issues arise.
• Support BSA/AML initiatives tied to Actimize.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple U.S. time zones.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Actimize, specifically Actimize Essentials (Cloud).
• Strong understanding of BSA/AML processes and systems.
• Experience supporting both project enhancements and production issues.
• Proven ability to produce clear and detailed BRDs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across distributed teams and time zones.
