You will bridge business needs with technical solutions by analyzing processes and documenting requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS) in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze current processes to recommend improvements through gap and impact analysis.
• Create process models, workflow diagrams, and project documentation.
• Support project teams through the development lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with financial analysis principles.
