Key Responsibilities

Partner with IT teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

Perform variance analysis, ad hoc financial analysis, and trend analysis to support business decisions.

Analyze IT budgets, expenses, forecasts, and financial performance.

Identify opportunities to improve budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial processes.

Build and enhance financial frameworks and reporting processes for IT organizations.

Translate business and financial requirements into technical reporting and analytical solutions.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to improve visibility into IT financial performance.

Analyze business processes and workflows and recommend improvements.

Work closely with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

Improve data flow, reporting accuracy, and decision-making through automation and analytics.

Manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, IT Finance, or a related field.

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.

Strong experience with Excel, including financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.

Experience with IT budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

Strong technical business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience working directly with IT organizations and technology stakeholders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Power Apps.

Experience with Power Automate.

Experience with Power Query.

Experience with VBA.

Experience with PeopleSoft.

Experience with Hyperion.

Experience building automated financial reporting and workflow solutions
