You will bridge business needs and technical solutions through requirements gathering, process documentation, and system integration support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on system integrations.
• Develop functional and integration requirements and specifications.
• Support testing activities, including test scenario development and UAT.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level systems and business process improvement.
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering for complex IT projects.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• Business Analyst certification such as CBAP or equivalent.
• Experience working in public-sector or highly regulated environments.
