Description

You will define and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, acting as the liaison between business units and technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with retail banking, mortgage, and credit teams to gather functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to define detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Document current-state processes and design future-state workflows.
• Define data models, segmentation, and targeting for customer journeys.
• Create test plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing for BFSI campaign use cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Business Analysis or Martech experience within the BFSI sector.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Working knowledge of SQL for segmentation and complex queries.
• Understanding of APIs and integrations within banking systems.
• Experience defining compliance requirements for KYC, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant certification.
• IIBA or CBAP certification.
