Description

Act as the primary liaison for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and campaign design.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and develop use cases with clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and prepare business documentation, including as-is/to-be process and data flows.
• Design Marketing Cloud journeys and campaigns by managing complex data dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and propose technical solutions.
• Own the end-to-end analysis process from initial assessment to solution proposal.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget).
• Proficiency in SQL, AmScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
• Working knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Ability to design data flows and manage data dependencies within Marketing Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Email Consultant certifications.
• Experience with Visualforce, HTML, CSS, and building Cloud Pages.
• Hands-on experience with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, and Journey Builder.
