You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive Salesforce platform requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed technical and business requirement documents.
• Translate business needs into actionable platform specifications.
• Manage project workflows and documentation using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate on design requirements using FIGMA.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience working with the Salesforce Platform and its applications.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for requirement management.
• Experience using FIGMA for design collaboration.
• Advanced skills in MS Visio for process mapping.
• Expertise in MS Office products.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
