Drive business analysis and systems development within a Salesforce environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Generate detailed process documentation and technical reports for system processes.
• Translate complex data into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end projects and coordinate user testing phases.
• Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics and systems development.
• Deep experience working with Salesforce and/or nCino.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proven ability to manage project lifecycles and user acceptance testing.
• Advanced analytical and technical writing skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
