You will align strategic goals across projects and ensure clarity between executives, Product Managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions between executives, Product Managers, and SMEs to drive alignment.
• Manage operational details across multiple domains while maintaining a strategic view of the larger system.
• Resolve conflicts during cross-functional initiatives to keep projects on track.
• Ensure cross-functional clarity and strategic alignment for all assigned projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise-level Business Analyst experience.
• Deep understanding of banking operations and core systems.
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience working effectively with executives and SMEs.
• Ability to manage details across multiple operational domains.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking domain is required.
