Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.

Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution documentation.

Assess current-state business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and nCino teams to design and implement business solutions.

Support Salesforce and nCino enhancements, configurations, and platform improvements.

Analyze system integrations, APIs, data flows, and dependencies between banking applications and third-party systems.

Support commercial banking functions, including loan origination, credit underwriting, customer onboarding, portfolio management, and related workflows.

Develop and execute test scenarios, support SIT/UAT activities, and assist with issue resolution.

Participate in data migration, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and dashboard initiatives.

Partner with business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Assist with release planning, change management, user training, and adoption activities.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and business analysis best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis experience within Banking, Financial Services, Lending, or FinTech environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud.

Experience with Salesforce configuration, including data models, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and security concepts.

Working knowledge of nCino, particularly within Commercial Loan Origination and Portfolio Management.

Strong understanding of commercial lending and banking operations, including credit underwriting, customer onboarding, KYC, and portfolio management.

Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, data mapping, user story creation, and acceptance criteria development.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, middleware ET,L processes, SOQL/SQL, and enterprise data flows.

Experience supporting testing, data migration, release management, and production support activities.

Understanding of regulatory, compliance, risk, audit, and data governance requirements within financial services.

Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder certification.

nCino certification or formal nCino training.

Experience supporting commercial banking modernization, lending transformation, or digital transformation programs.

Experience with large-scale enterprise integrations and data-intensive applications.

Consulting experience working directly with enterprise clients and cross-functional delivery teams
