Description

Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements. You will bridge the gap between stakeholders and engineering teams to drive project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and manage product backlogs with product owners.
• Collaborate with IT engineers and developers to define data movement requirements and contribute to system design.
• Create business requirement documents (BRD) outlining project objectives, costs, milestones, and timelines.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, document procedures, and track KPIs.
• Extract and modify ad-hoc and standardized reports using financial and operational data.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of experience in business analysis roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and complex queries.
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL or MySQL.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Proven ability to elicit business concerns from stakeholders and develop workable solutions.
• Experience supporting business requirements for large-scale applications.
• Knowledge of defect tracking and release management processes.
• Ability to perform feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses.
