Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Create detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure solution implementation and testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Experience conducting data analysis to drive decision-making.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Experience creating user stories and process flows.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Background in working with development and QA teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technical specification writing.
