You will drive business requirements gathering and analytical deep dives to inform strategic investment decisions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing non-IT processes to locate inefficiencies and modernization opportunities.
• Develop detailed business requirements and act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Create financial payback frameworks and prepare formal ROI statements for proposed investments.
• Document current ("as-is") and desired ("to-be") state processes thoroughly.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership after evaluating alternative solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 6–10 years using SAS for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• 6–10 years writing complex SQL queries against large datasets.
• 5–10 years in data analytics, specifically normalizing data for risk modeling.
• Specialized knowledge of Credit Card and Consumer Loan portfolios.
• Strong ability to articulate complex business problems to build stakeholder consensus.
• Proven experience preparing ROI statements and cost-benefit analysis.
