Description

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Work closely with business users, product owners, developers, QA, and project managers.

Analyze insurance business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases.

Support policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, and customer service initiatives.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement validation sessions.

Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis.

Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect resolution.

Ensure solutions meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Track project progress and support Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies
