You will analyze and define requirements for business software implementation, translating business needs into technical specifications and solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather project requirements using interviews, document analysis, and workshops.
• Design solutions to meet specific business needs for software implementation.
• Translate business and design requirements into technical specifications for process implementation.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and data maps to visualize requirements.
• Test business software systems to confirm requirements are met and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and SQL.
• Experience with REST, Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Ability to perform critical analysis of information from multiple sources to resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency in designing and documenting requirements for business software.
• Experience providing input to project plans, including risk assessment and cost/benefit analysis.
• Familiarity with MS Access and MS Office.
