Drive process automation initiatives by bridging business requirements with technical RPA solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities using Automation Anywhere.
• Gather, document, and refine RPA requirements and process workflows with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to design scalable automation solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate automation performance and effectiveness.
• Track automation metrics and report on ROI and efficiency gains.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and the bot development lifecycle.
• Expertise in business process mapping, reengineering, and optimization.
• Proficiency in workflow design and requirements documentation.
• Experience with data analysis and gap analysis.
• Proficiency in Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN modeling.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and scripting including Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Automation Anywhere Business Analyst Certification.
