You will analyze business needs and bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements, producing BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories.
• Model business processes using BPMN and workflow diagrams.
• Conduct gap analysis and design solutions based on business needs.
• Facilitate workshops and manage communication across technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a BA in finance, fintech, or payments.
• Strong domain knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain fundamentals, DeFi, and token economics.
• Familiarity with financial products: payments, lending, trading, custody, KYC/AML.
• Ability to read and interpret APIs, JSON data, and blockchain explorers.
• Understanding of smart-contract basics and associated risks.
• Experience working with crypto trading platforms or blockchain wallets.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Basic understanding of SQL for database querying.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
