Description

You will define requirements and design solutions for financial products, blockchain infrastructure, and crypto exchange platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, functional specs, and user stories using Agile methodologies.
• Model workflows and conduct gap analysis to drive solution design for payments, lending, or trading systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate complex business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Analyze data using SQL and BI tools to support product decisions and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in finance, fintech, payments, or blockchain.
• Strong domain knowledge of cryptocurrencies, DeFi, Web3, token economics, and crypto regulations (MiCA, SEC, FATF).
• Proficiency in requirements documentation, BPMN process modeling, and SDLC.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and visualization tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Ability to interpret APIs, JSON data, and smart contract basics.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with crypto analytics tools such as Glassnode, Chainalysis, or Etherscan.
• Background in banking innovation or custodial systems.
