This role focuses on driving process improvements and managing requirements across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements management and UAT governance for complex projects.
• Design and implement knowledge management frameworks or platforms.
• Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize current operations.
• Analyze business needs to inform system and process changes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, knowledge management, or process improvement.
• 5+ years designing and implementing knowledge management frameworks or platforms.
• 5+ years leading requirements management and UAT governance across complex projects.
• 3+ years applying process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, value stream mapping).
• Familiarity with financial institution operations and systems is strongly preferred.
