Own Jira governance, portfolio hygiene, and HR technology software optimization processes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Jira governance standards across HR Technology initiatives, maintaining accurate status, milestones, risks, and summaries.
• Drive regular portfolio hygiene cadences to identify stale data, late milestones, and incomplete records.
• Govern enhancement intake and tracking, ensuring clear separation between strategic initiatives, enhancements, and run work.
• Lead the HR category for the Software Optimization program, guiding requestors through Nestware, NSR, and SSC processes.
• Prepare portfolio data and insights for executive forums, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and risk visibility.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience supporting portfolio governance, delivery reporting, or operational processes in a technology or enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Jira for initiative and enhancement tracking.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data gaps, risks, and inconsistencies.
• Clear written communication skills and the ability to influence through documentation and standards.
• Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and navigating governance processes.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Software Standards Committee (SSC) or similar governance bodies.
• Experience validating software usage and documenting exclusions to prevent scope creep.
