Description

You will support commercial pharmaceutical operations by bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document requirements for sales, marketing, and market access.
• Analyze commercial data, including sales performance and market trends, to support decision-making.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve commercial effectiveness.
• Support the implementation and optimization of CRM systems and analytics tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and sales metrics using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Ensure all processes and solutions comply with FDA, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and tools.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proficiency in analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Veeva.
• Strong knowledge of commercial pharma operations, including sales and marketing processes.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance regulations, including FDA, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of pharma-specific analytics, such as IMS/IQVIA data.
• Knowledge of market access, patient support programs, and reimbursement processes.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
• CBAP certification.
