You will bridge commercial pharmaceutical operations and technical implementation, ensuring business needs translate into effective solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements for sales, marketing, and market access.
• Analyze commercial data, including sales performance and market trends, to support decision-making.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve commercial effectiveness.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Ensure all processes and solutions comply with FDA, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proficiency in analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Veeva.
• Strong knowledge of commercial pharma operations, including sales and marketing processes.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance regulations, including FDA, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of pharma-specific analytics, such as IMS/IQVIA data.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
