Description

You define requirements and deliverables for infrastructure core programs, including multi-cloud, network modernization, collaboration, and end-user services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define core infrastructure program requirements and deliverables.
• Align stakeholders and team members by setting expectations against the project plan.
• Create process documentation, workflows, knowledge articles, and self-service guidance for IT services.
• Implement approved actions and workarounds to mitigate project risks and minimize impact.
• Coordinate project activities and develop training curriculum for selected technology platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience in a core Infrastructure related field.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries (MySQL or PL-SQL).
• Experience conducting facilitated workshops for requirements analysis.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to engage with international teams across different time zones and cultures.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills to manage changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
