You will support IT project delivery by bridging business requirements and technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Apply business process modeling and system design methodologies.
• Execute data analysis to support decision-making and project objectives.
• Manage requirements through the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop test cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Solutions Analyst or in IT project delivery.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with business process modeling and system design.
• Hands-on experience with UAT and writing test cases.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM software, and business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with enterprise applications.
