Description

You will provide subject matter expertise to support, manage, and enhance Finance applications, translating department strategies into roadmaps that drive business outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial troubleshooting to identify root causes for incidents and drive them to resolution.
• Analyze business requirements to develop and publish reports for end-user operations.
• Manage the lifecycle of service and enhancement requests, including creating test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing.
• Maintain technical and operational procedure documentation and follow change control procedures.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as an Application Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Techno-functional experience with PeopleSoft Financials, preferably version 9.2.
• Hands-on experience in FSCM modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Inventory, and Billing.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, design, configuration, development, and testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodology and client-server technologies.
• Solid grasp of relational database concepts.
• Expertise in the finance domain area, including applications and related infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, CIS, MIS, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating application suite enhancements and upgrades with third-party vendors and business units.
