You will lead data migration and analysis projects for a financial services environment, ensuring system integrity and regulatory compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute data migration, SAS migration, and data digging tasks to maintain system integrity.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, data mapping, and data lineage documentation for development teams.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify gaps, discrepancies, and improvement areas.
• Validate data consistency between sources and track data movement to ensure accuracy.
• Support UAT validation and analyze regulatory reports including CCAR, FDIC, and Basel.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and investigating complex data issues.
• Hands-on experience with Data Migration, SAS Migration, and Data Mapping.
• Experience with Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of data transformation and data lineage processes.
• Ability to work with trade and position level data within Risk and Compliance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Python programming experience.
• Banking domain expertise in Loans, Cards, Mortgages, Corporate Loans, OTC, or Derivatives.
