Description

You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, document, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Elicit detailed requirements through interviews, documentation, and facilitated working sessions with business users.
• Develop as-is and to-be models covering processes, data, workflows, and applications.
• Create requirement specifications, solution design documents, and traceability matrices.
• Analyze project impacts by consulting with IT management, development, QA, and regulatory teams.
• Support integration testing, acceptance testing, and post-implementation root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience working within Scrum, Waterfall, and Zurich Lean methodologies.
• Proficiency in using UML Class/Sequence Diagrams, Use Cases, and Story-boarding.
• Hands-on experience with Rational Tools Suite and Quality Center.
• Ability to use data query tools for data analysis, profiling, and validation.
• Intermediate proficiency in problem-solving and quality management.
• Experience managing requirement risks and prioritization.
• Ability to document impact on existing architecture in collaboration with Architects.
