Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery for distributed teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and SMEs to define end-to-end functional solutions and business processes.
• Produce high-level and detailed designs, including data models, API specifications, and wireframes.
• Guide development teams with creative logic to solve complex requirements and ensure delivery meets specifications.
• Create test scripts, perform functional testing, and generate results to ensure development meets expectations.
• Develop sprint delivery plans, manage task timelines, and present project KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Functional experience in SAP within supply chain, production, procurement, sales, or distribution.
• Knowledge of SAP tables and how to join them for business reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS database concepts.
• Experience with Jira to decompose processes into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Technical familiarity with SQL, HTML, XML, SSIS, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
