Business Analyst

You will act as a Business Analyst within a healthcare setting focused on special needs.

Responsibilities

• Translate and document technical information for business and program consumption to ensure stakeholder understanding.
• Analyze and document business systems or processes, writing functional requirements, test plans, and deployment guides.
• Manage projects using a defined project management methodology.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with subject matter experts, conducting JAD sessions.
• Perform Quality Assurance, including defining test plans and managing defect resolution.

• 84 months experience analyzing and documenting business systems and processes.
• 84 months experience performing business analysis for software applications.
• 84 months experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and eliciting requirements.
• 84 months of professional experience communicating with high-level public sector staff.
• 84 months experience in Quality Assurance, including requirements tracing and defect management.
• 36 months experience managing projects using a defined methodology.
• Bachelor's degree.
