Translate technical requirements into business documentation and manage project lifecycles for healthcare software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate and document technical information for business and program stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding.
• Analyze and document business systems and processes, writing functional requirements, test plans, and deployment guides.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with subject matter experts, including conducting JAD sessions.
• Manage projects using a defined project management methodology to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform Quality Assurance, including defining test plans, requirements tracing, and managing defect resolution.

Required Skills

• 8-12 months experience in a healthcare-related industry serving individuals with special needs.
• 8-12 months experience analyzing and documenting business systems and processes.
• 8-12 months experience performing business analysis for software applications.
• 8-12 months experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and eliciting requirements.
• 8-12 months of professional experience communicating with high-level public sector staff.
• 8-12 months experience in Quality Assurance, including requirements tracing and defect management.
• 3-6 months experience managing projects using a defined methodology.
• Bachelor's degree.
