Description

You will analyze organizational processes and systems to assess business models and their integration with technology. You will define future state business solutions by identifying customer requirements and aligning processes with technical needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess current state processes and define future state business solutions.
• Liaise between business and technical teams to architect solutions.
• Lead or participate in weekly client meetings and requirements gathering.
• Manage DOT Drupal CMS workflows, including content publishing and taxonomy.
• Resolve end-user issues and define new CMS capabilities based on requirements.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with Agile User Story Mapping tools.
• 3-5 years of experience with Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• 3-5 years of experience with Atlassian Jira.
• Proficiency in Drupal content management systems and web content publishing workflows.
• Experience researching, gathering, and synthesizing complex information.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be a US Citizen.
