Responsibilities

• Liaise between IT and executive branches to act as the primary information source and communicator.
• Analyze business needs, technical system designs, and business models to inform decision-making.
• Source and implement new business technologies to meet specific requirements.
• Utilize IT data to generate business insights and produce reports on application development and implementation.
• Enhance the quality of IT products and services through continuous analysis of business plans.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master.
• Proven ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
• Experience translating strategic business needs into technological solutions.
• Ability to manage communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience in application development reporting and implementation tracking.
• Degree required: Any Graduate.
