Description

You will bridge the gap between technology teams and business stakeholders to drive data strategy, business applications, and reporting initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, program increment planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage day-to-day development activities, project work, and defect management.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder feedback.
• Coach teams on agile principles to remove impediments and improve productivity.
• Interface with multiple departments to resolve conflicts between technology and end-user communities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an agile environment as a business analyst, scrum master, or project manager.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong business analysis and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
• Knowledge of SAFe principles.
• Experience within the Real Estate industry.
