Project Overview

The successful candidate will join a dedicated Agile Scrum team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the client’s mission-critical mandate applications. The role will primarily support an internal custom-built .NET/C# application with a SQL Server database that is used to calculate deposit insurance coverage and process payouts during bank failures.

The position requires a versatile professional who can effectively perform Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Quality Assurance (QA) responsibilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation methodologies.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing practices, and defect management processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Scrum Master experience and Agile team facilitation experience.
• Experience supporting Scrum teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong QA background with experience across multiple testing phases.
• Experience working with mission-critical applications.
• Familiarity with .NET/C#, SQL Server-based applications is an asset.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or regulatory environments is an advantage.
