Description

You will drive solution architecture for the Oracle MOM and RTG suite, leading the evolution of sales and inventory platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap for sales and inventory platforms, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
• Act as a technical advisor to influence key decisions on adoption and deployment.
• Identify technical debt, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and integrate remediation into the roadmap.
• Design and deliver scalable, global solutions supporting enterprise operations.
• Create and maintain architecture blueprints and roadmaps using required tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of deep experience with Oracle technologies, including Oracle Retail (RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB, RSE).
• 4+ years of experience integrating packaged solutions using message-based, service-based, and batch architectures.
• Expertise in developing microservice and service-based architectures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Oracle SQL Developer, Toad, and Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or OCI.
• Oracle performance tuning experience.
