You will translate business needs into functional requirements within an Agile framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and align with business goals.
• Support enhancement leads in backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Create functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall experience, including 6 years with Salesforce.
• Deep functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Administration (profiles, permission sets, sharing settings).
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Copado DevOps.
• Ability to document process flows and maintain requirement traceability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional teams.
